Anti-wedding, pro-love.
You’ve probably seen this term a lot when looking at weddings and researching non-traditional aspects. But what does it mean to us? It means a couple who’s ready to break free from the conventional norms and expectations. It represents a rebellion against the traditional and often super strict structure of a wedding day.
That’s why it’s so important to hire someone who really knows what they’re doing.
Weddings with a strict plan in place are easy. Very “be here, photograph that”. Couples who want to move around, have fun, and cut loose on their wedding day require someone who has years of experience to keep up and roll with the punches. We work great on our feet, are quick problem solvers, and are always keeping on eye out for passing moments. We have the ability to go beyond posed shots and capture all the spontaneity as it unfolds.
Anti-wedding is a movement for modern couples who don’t have time for all that traditional nonsense. Sounds like everyone in Brooklyn if you ask us!

I photographed my first wedding in 2010 and absolutely fell in love. There’s something about the celebration of two people surrounded by those who mean the most to them that I just can’t get enough of. There is truly nothing like experiencing all that joy firsthand. But it’s my goal in film to do just that.
My absolute favorite part of a wedding is the dancing. There’s nothing better than a fun party! During your reception, I’m most likely to be found in the middle of the dance floor.

I grew up loving film and being in front of the camera. I went to school for acting, which I did full time pre-pandemic. While on a hiatus, Andrea convinced me to pick up a camera and I found a new passion. Because of my background, I know what looks good on camera and how to make you look your best.My favorite part of the wedding day is the first look. It really takes me back to the joy I felt seeing Andrea for the first time on our wedding day.
Our philosophy is simple: We believe love comes in all shapes and sizes, and it should be celebrated in a way that's true to you. We don’t believe in conforming to the traditional wedding people expect. We believe in challenging it and creating something truly unique and unforgettable.
So if you're an original, a free thinker, a rebel, a punk, or a misfit, and you want your wedding photography to reflect that, let's talk.
Let's break the rules and make some magic. ⟶
